We accept all forms of debit/credit card payment.

Payment will be taken only for products that are in stock or for which an estimated time of arrival has been issued.

At our discretion cancelled items can be charged a 10% fee.

In store purchases.
We ensure that the price you pay per item is not more than what you would pay online including shipping. Following this logic, our in store guitar prices include the premier service option and the price you pay is what you would pay if you purchased it online and delivered to your home. However - you benefit from the knowledge and expertise of our in store specialist and the whole in store experience!

If you visit our used and clearance section you may have the opportunity to contact private sellers of guitars. We offer NO guarantee on any product you choose to buy privately and cannot vouch for the integrity of any item or seller of an item

Shipping And Handling

When placing your order, simply select the carriage that you feel best describes your primary purchase. All other items are included in this delivery price.

Please note, only ONE charge will be applied, regardless of the quantities of each product type ordered. eg. If you order two guitars, an effects pedal and an amp, you would be charged just £15 (the delivery cost of the main item).

Guitars which are purchased using our standard guitar mail service are hand checked to ensure the guitar meets the suppliers specification, checked for cosmetic flaws. Orders received prior to 1.00pm would normally be dispatched the same day for the following working day.

Amplifier Mail UK £10 - covers all amps ordered + any smaller items included in order.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

All items are fully guaranteed.

We do not accept responsibility in the case of guitars being mis-treated or adjusted by the owner of the instrument.
